Look Fab Feel Fab is a public service program that Focuses on the mind, body, and spirit. We will provide education on beauty techniques, Health tips, and support groups such as our pink table talk to people with cancer or who have survived cancer to help them manage their appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment.
The program includes lessons on skin care & nail care, cosmetics, wig styling and head wrap covering, Mindfulness sessions, Bra sizing, and Self-Breast care exams, Along with Professional advice from different health Services.
We want to help people with cancer to find some normalcy in a life that is by no means normal.

Yoga has been shown to have numerous benefits for those going through breast cancer treatment or in remission. It can help reduce stress, improve sleep quality, boost mood, and enhance overall well-being. Plus, it’s a great way to stay active and maintain flexibility.
If you’re planning to attend the workshop, make sure to bring your yoga mat. It’s an essential item for any yoga session. Additionally, wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement is important. And don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.
